Truth be told, it is a totally new world when your infant makes an entry into the toddler stage. Things appear more definite, hence the need to talk, walk and build relationships amongst themselves.
You can be certain your 2 year old is well taken care of at BACK TO BASICS child care center. At this stage, your toddler wants to see it all, do it all, and have it all. This is a good sign that development is on course. The good news is that, we will always be at your toddler’s side when they need us. Every step of the way, we will hold their hands.
It is simple understanding that toddlers learn by relating the results of actions. This in turn enhances language, motor, cognitive and social skills. The numerous ideas floating through their heads are turned into words so as to express themselves in a better manner.
With our toddler care programs, we promote the growth of sharing, cooperation and interaction through safe and secure group play. At our daycare center, we encourage all students to develop their unique gifts and talents. As the toddler better expresses what is on his/her mind, a feeling of confidence is grown from within.
The toddlers are taken through the Abeka curriculum which has a strong bible orientation. This way, your young one can grow academically, emotionally and spiritually. The toddler is also taken through a simple course on language arts, where they learn to identify, pronounce, listen to and develop words, letters and numbers.
The moment your toddler gets to his feet and starts walking around, you know there is so much more to be done. We provide the right environment to help your toddler develops the various skills. During our indoor/outdoor physical exercises, the toddlers are encouraged to cultivate productive peer interactions. Our classes and facilities are engineered to be safe so as to create room for exploration and development of physical skills without risk of injury.
We strive to carefully educate and develop children in a fun way, utilizing a learning process that incorporates many different kinds of play and activities to keep toddlers positively stimulated and constantly engaging with the world around them.
